All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, except for products manufactured directly by DreamNest.
DreamNest will support customers in facilitating and enforcing valid warranty claims with the manufacturer.
The manufacturer retains authority over warranty assessments; however, DreamNest remains committed to assisting customers toward a fair resolution.
Warranty coverage is primarily for repairs.
Items that are defective on delivery may qualify for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
Where a customer requests a replacement for personal preference:
A 30% replacement fee (based on product purchase price) will apply.
This option is at the discretion of DreamNest.
Warranty claims may require inspection, verification, and manufacturer processing time.
Customers agree to allow reasonable time for resolution.
